Why I Started Korrective Movement

After 15 years in the fitness industry, I realized traditional training wasn’t enough for people dealing with pain, injuries, or physical limitations. I wanted to do more than build muscle—I wanted to help people move without pain.

I became a certified corrective exercise specialist and flexologist, and over time, I developed a method that combines movement, activation, posture correction, and flexibility. A method that has helped seniors, athletes, and people who had given up hope.

I even used this approach to fix my own scoliosis, after hitting a plateau in the gym and losing muscle control. Correcting my spine restored my strength—and gave me the blueprint I now use to help others.

To empower individuals of all ages and backgrounds to move better, feel better, and live pain-free through personalized corrective movement.
